Lark was established in the summer of 2007 after a guest at a meeting declared our contribution to the dessert table, a spicy chocolate refrigerator cookie, “the best cookie I've ever eaten.”

We named that cookie the Cha-Cha and began selling them to specialty food stores on Boston's North Shore. Our repertoire soon grew to include other cookies made for the grown-up palate – some spicy, some savory, all deliciously different.

Lark Fine Foods is a family-owned business run by a mother-daughter team. We are headquartered in Gloucester, Massachusetts.
