I am not a dessert or sweets person at all, and typically opt for crunchy, salty snacks, but I must say I've fallen in love with your Burnt Sugar and Fennel Shortbread. The texture I love in my savory snacks is there, and they're not overly sweet. Who knew that I'd have this reaction after being given a bag by my sister-in-law?
Of course, now you've got me intrigued, so you'll see I am ordering more cookies: some new kinds to explore, and some more Burnt Sugar and Fennel to give away and spread the word. Naturally, one bag of the Burnt Sugar and Fennel is for me.
What a lovely combination of flavors. Keep up the good work!
I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your Russian Tea Cakes. I purchased them from Petit Amuse online. I HAD to buy them.
You see, for as long as I can remember, my beloved Grandma made these for me every Christmas. I seemed to be the only one who adored them, as I was often sent home with enough to last me months. (Confession--one time I was able to make them last almost a whole year).
I like to think she made so many, knowing they would go to me.
My Grandma passed away 2 years ago. I have not been able to bring myself to make her recipe. So when I saw them--and NOT "Mexican Wedding Cakes" but Russian Tea Cakes....I could not pass them up.
I just ate a few, thinking of her. To me, these surpass comfort food. They are pure love.
Thank you for making them, it's a lovely way to think of her, and I know she'd approve of them as well. Please don't ever stop making them. You'll have me as a life-long customer.
Blessings to you on your company!
With love (and powdered sugar)

What a God-send you are! After sampling (and immediately buying two bags of) your Mighty Gingers I got the message loud and clear that you know how to excite the taste buds and indulge the palate with uncommon flavors through a cookie that gives sheer delight to the consumer who knows a rarified culinary experience when she has one! You deserve HUGE success!
Hi, guys. I just wanted to say thank you for your delicious cookies. I don't live in the US, so I rarely find them. I think I bought a package of Cha-Chas once, maybe a couple of years ago, in DC, and never forgot the taste. I found them again now, in a new packaging, and my memory of it came back on the first bite. It was like the memory of a kiss. Very cute! All the best.
My friends have been asking me for years if I sold a cookie recipe in my spare time. I finally came across a large display of your Cha Chas cookies at City Feed in Jamaica Plain the other day and after consuming the entire package, all I can say is, thank you for making a cookie that is as delectably complex and packed with punch as I am! Makes me feel proud to have a namesake in a cookie, or maybe now it's the other way around???
Your lifetime customer,
-Cha Cha (the real one)
i love your cookies!!! Congratulations on creating such a wonderful product. I'm addicted to several flavors and wish you had a source closer to my home.
Wow - I just tried your olive scourtins which arrived in last month's gourmet crate. Very impressive! Possible the most adult cookie I've ever tasted. Delicious, mildly sweet and savory too. Definitely going to serve these at parties in the future!
Just wanted to say, from the heart, you guys have the BEST COOKIES EVER!!!!! My favorites are the ginger and burnt sugar with fennel. Ridiculously good. I've been eating your cookies religiously for the last year. Please keep it up :-)
Okay, I'm going to admit something, here...a friend of mine told me about your salted rosemary shortbread cookies and said they were absolutely delicious. Well, I made fun of him. Because who in the world would ever think a cookie with rosemary in it would be GOOD? So he bought me a pack and sent them to me. I have been humbled. I was wrong. I hang my head. These are honestly one of the best things I have ever put in my mouth. So I would like to ask for your forgiveness for making fun of your fantastic cookies. But I'm not apologizing to him, because I enjoy making fun of him. Does that make me a bad person? I'm sorry--I'm getting into ethical philosophy. Anyway, just wanted to let you know that I love your cookies! :)
Finally, the hunt for the perfect cookie is over. The Rosemary cookies are just positively stunning. Brilliant. Thank you.

...we can now welcome some cookies that really wear the grown-up cookie moniker in a worthy manner. The Lark line is definitely adult: fully developed, mature, very cultivated and invented for the well-defined palate.
